Before any equipment is considered for certification, our team looks at the following information:
Number of copies or prints run on the life of the machine
Physical wear and condition
Internal mechanisms and parts
A thorough inspection of items that covers 15 different areas
Ability to pass 25-point certification required
Once machines have been determined that they are eligible as a used copy machine or a refurbished printer, the DCS service crew performs any maintenance or software upgrades needed on the machine.
